As a registered nurse, her deep industry insight has positioned FNS as a leader in temporary staffing, recruitment, and direct hiring. Her strategic vision emphasizes exceptional service, a culture of excellence, and integrity. As founder and CEO, Esther leads recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of allied medical staff, ensuring alignment with FNS standards. Before founding FNS, she held key roles at UHG Wellmed Medical Management and HCA Hospital, gaining experience in utilization and case management, and working as an ICU RN. She holds a BSN from the University of Texas Arlington, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning.
